I am called to be a beacon of light in downtown Seattle by living the mission of Christ Our Hope. I would like to volunteer my time and share my gifts in the following ways:
 

What Will I Do with GOD'S Hours Today?

O’ what will I do with GOD’s Hours today?
Keep my nose to the grindstone, pursue leisure and play?
O’ what will I do with GOD’s Hours today?
 
O’ how will I spend GOD’s Time today?
Quest after riches, power, or fame?
Or take time to listen, to stop and to pray?
O’ how will I spend GOD’s Time today?
 
O’ what will I do with GOD’s GIFTS today?
Hoard them, or sell them, for gold or display?
Or offer them up, or give them away?
O’ what will I do with GOD’s GIFTS today?
 
O’ where will I spend GOD’s Hours today?
With my computer, TV, my tunes on the run?
At parties nonstop, chasing pleasure and fun?
O’ where will I spend GOD’s Hours today?
 
I know how I’ll spend GOD’s Hours today!
I’ll spend them with JESUS who shows me the WAY!
Then He’ll be the SOURCE of my Work and my Play;
It’s with CHRIST I’ll spend GOD’s Hours today!
 
CHRIST is the riches I earnestly seek.
What need to I have for power, fame, or display;
When CHRIST is the TREASURE of GOD’s Hours today?
 
There’s no need to hoard,
CHRIST SHINES in our Souls!
His GIFT is ETERNAL,
Unlike silver and gold.
 
Then to ALL those I meet as I walk through my day, and
To ALL who come calling,
I’ll give CHRIST away!
 
CHRIST gave us this GIFT we’re FORBIDDEN to KEEP!
We must SHARE it with EVERYONE we meet!
For His LOVE was meant to be GIVEN AWAY!
So, that’s how I’ll spend GOD’s Hours today.
